The Zig Zag pattern uses a wedge tool in a new way. Wedges make more than circles. They can do all sorts of things!
The runner pictured here is 16 1/2" x 55" -- a perfect size. It also uses a new technique available only in the CGRCP1 Ten Degree Wedge--you can cut wedges with tips. That's how you get those nice sharp points. Don't forget--this one is FAT QUARTER Friendly.
The pattern is also a great value. It's straightforward two page Cut Loose Press pattern printed on an 8-1/2" x 11" card stock. In it you'll have all you need to get started with you new CGRCP1 ten degree wedge tool.
The ten degree wedge creates wonderful circular quilts. Thirty-six wedge pieces make circles up to 45 inches. Or, use the same wedge to cut extensions to create a circle up to 66 inches. Eighteen wedges make a semi-circle; nine make a quarter circle. 20, 30, 45 and 60 degree angle lines add endless design possibilities.
The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. Then, our exclusive gripper holds the fabric in place while cutting, eliminating slipping and miss-cuts!
